People paid the high price of neglect at Utility lines not being put underground years ago when property taxes were at an all time high. State and Utility Companies gambled and Lost at the home owners suffering and expense.

My wife and dogs are freezing in our house. We are moving away from New England!

I used to have 100 gallon tank with fish, They are all dead thanks to state neglect!
No power, no phone, no internet, no television, no ability to cook or preserve food.

Your time has run out in putting all power lines underground as in many states. We have had to pay for your lack of vision, your bean counter must be proud of themselves.
I as a paying customer think is long overdue to have all power lines in the state eventually be put underground in insulated cables. Get federal funding as part of an infrastructure plan. Where has all the money citizens of CT has gone!

Every year there is snow, every year power lines come down, every year someone has a power outage in the state. When are you going to serve the interests of the citizens of this state!
